📄️ About Pressure Pal
Pressure Pal is a barometric pressure tracker for people whose migraines, joint pain, sinus pressure, vertigo or other symptoms react to the weather. It shows you how the air pressure is changing hour by hour, warns you before a rapid change, and lets you log how you feel so you can see your own pattern.
📄️ Main Screen
The Main Screen is your central hub for monitoring weather conditions, tracking pressure changes, and logging symptoms. Here's a comprehensive guide to each section.
📄️ Notifications
Pressure Pal can warn you before a rapid pressure change and send you one summary per day. The alerts are worked out on our servers from the same forecast the chart uses, so they arrive even when the app is closed.
📄️ Symptom Journaling
The journal records how you feel and when your symptoms start. You can compare those times with the pressure chart and discuss the record with your healthcare provider. The app cannot determine whether pressure changes cause your symptoms.
📄️ Reports
Pressure Pal can turn your entries into a report you can print, email or hand to your doctor. Reports need a paid plan.
📄️ Locations
By default the app follows your phone's location. The pressure, temperature and forecast on the main screen are for where you are right now, and they update automatically when you travel.
