Reports
Pressure Pal can turn your entries into a report you can print, email or hand to your doctor. Reports need a paid plan.
Generating a report
Scroll to the bottom of the main screen and choose Export Report from the menu there. It sits under All Recorded Data, above Settings. On the free version the button opens the plan screen instead.
Time range
- Last 30 Days
- Last 90 Days
- All Time
- Custom Range: pick a start and end date
Only days with at least one entry are included.
Formats
PDF
A clean document with:
- the date range
- a summary: number of attacks, days with attacks, attack-free days and average duration
- a table of every entry, with the intensity, symptoms and your notes
Each row in that table also carries the weather. Next to the time of the entry you get the pressure reading at that hour, on iPhone for the start and the end of the attack and on Android for the start, and a small chart of that day's pressure curve with your entry marked on it. So the report shows what the pressure was doing while you felt it, one attack at a time, without you having to line up two documents.
The pressure is shown in the unit you picked in Settings. Good for doctor visits, printing and emailing.
CSV
A spreadsheet file with one row per entry and the columns Date, Time, Duration, Pressure, Intensity, Symptoms, Notes. Opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, and can be combined with other health data.
Both formats are handed to the phone's share sheet, so you can save them to Files, send them by email or AirDrop them.
Sharing with Healthcare Providers
Your symptom reports can significantly improve the quality of care you receive:
- Accurate history: exact dates and times instead of memory
- Pattern recognition: the pressure column shows what the weather was doing at each attack
- Treatment effectiveness: notes let you track what helped
- Long-term monitoring: document changes over time
Tips for using reports
- Generate a report before each doctor's visit
- Highlight any patterns you have noticed
- Note which pressure changes affect you most
- Include treatments or lifestyle changes in the notes
Export regularly. It is a backup of your health history as well as a report.
